Q. What makes Your Boxing and Kickboxing Different Than Other Boxing Programs in Colorado Springs?

A. My boxing and kickboxing programs are results-driven and combine the expertise and benefits of personal training with authentic boxing and kickboxing skill from the areas top boxing coaches and personal trainers.

Q. I noticed a few other boxing and kickboxing programs in the area. What makes your program different?
 
A. Unlike other cardio kickboxing fitness programs at most gyms and fitness centers where the programs are pre-choreographed, we focus on punching and kicking real heavy bags and punching dummies. This means you can take what you gain from your workouts and apply it to everyday activities and real life situations.

Q. What does a boxing fitness workout consist of?
 
A. My program focuses on burning a lot of calories through fun boxing drills, intensive cardio intervals, while toning and firming your muscles using your own body weight, light resistance bands, and dumbbells. You will sculpt your body without gaining bulky muscles. Where else can you have this much fun getting a total body workout?

Q. What kind of results can I expect from my fitness program?

A. The average amount of fat loss you will lose is anywhere between 4-7 pounds and a 2-3% reduction in body fat every 4 weeks! In fact, several women in my program have lost a jean size in less than 30 days and have claimed to be in the best shape of their lives in only a few weeks of joining my program.

Other benefits you'll experience are increased muscle tone, a loss in inches resulting in your clothes fitting much better, improved overall strength & endurance, improved agility and improved self esteem & self-confidence.

Q. How do I get started?

A. After completing the registration forms you will need to schedule your initial evaluation prior to beginning your boxing or kickboxing program. Together, we will decide on the best program option for you to achieve your goals.

Q. What is the fitness evaluation about?

A. Your fitness and weight loss goals are important for your success. I will take a few minutes to discuss your goals with you and what you want to get out of your boxing or kickboxing program. Please wear shorts and a t-shirt to your assessment as I will take some simple body measurements and your body fat composition.

Together, we will establish an agressive, yet realistic goal and a plan of how to get you to your goal. Your evaluation may take anywhere from 20 - 45 minutes in length.

Q. What do I need to bring to my workouts?

A. Please remember to bring a towel, a water bottle, a pair of bag training gloves (12 oz. or 14 oz) and a good pair of indoor athletic shoes. You may purchase a pair of Everlast hand wraps upon registration.
