There are TONS of useless weight loss, diets and fitness programs out there and you may have wasted plenty of your time, money and energy on them.

Maybe you've joined a gym or fitness center and never really went because you couldn't find the motivation to go workout or got the fitness results you deserved.

Let's face it...

There are a multitude of fitness centers that want your hard earned money and personal trainers who claim to produce results.

After all, results are what really count, right?

In fact, if I were looking into a boxing, kickboxing, or fitness program to get in shape this year I would want to see REAL PROOF that a program could deliver.

A top Personal Trainer or boxing fitness coach should be able to do more than talk about the great results they can get you or show you a few brief client testimonials.

They should be able to PROVE they can deliver real results.

If you are planning to invest in a personal trainer, boxing or kickboxing program to get in shape or improve your health this year, ask for proof of results and to see some recent client success stories.

An experienced fitness trainer or boxing conditioning coach that has been in business for some time should have more than a few success stories to show you. They should be able to produce a few REAL success stories to show you.

In fact, it should be relatively easy for them to show you a few mind-blowing, life-changing body transformations.

If a trainer can't provide this kind of concrete proof, than be careful!

"Me boxing? I am over fifty, a grandmother, never hit anyone in my life and was quite sure that boxing for someone other than me. I did'nt even care that much to see it on television. Boy, was I wrong. Joe's boxing workouts have been tremendous.

It is a great workout and there is something about putting on the gloves and hitting a heavy bag or a punching dummy that really gets the stress out of your system. Exercise is big part of losing weight and keeping fit. I struggled to actually make any progress until I found an exercise routine that I enjoyed. The boxing workouts have been an absolute blast. I have lost over 9% body fat and 19 lbs. in 12 weeks. I continue to work toward my goal with Joe's boxing and boot camp workouts. "In the Fall of 2009 I began my first year of college. Fortunetely, I hadn't gaine the "freshman fifteen". That was because I was a track runner in high school and had continued to run and exercise into college. I can honestly say I have never been overweight, but I have been around the same weight, give or take a few pounds since middle school. I had been working out more than ever before, going to the gym four or five days a week, running a 5k every week, and trying out different group fitness classes.

I hadn't seen much of a change and it was discouraging. Around Spring Break one of my friends had been seing significant changes in the way she looked and she felt great. She told me about Joe's kickboxing program and how it was the best workout she ever had. I decided to check it out for myself.

I must say that the first workout with Joe was one to remember. I had never had such an intense, yet fun workout. I had been going to Joe's kickboxing class since May. I have to say that it is my favorite part of the day. Joe encourages me and pushes me to do the best that I can both mentally and physically. I feel strong and motivated. He's walked me through eating right, which is something I had felt like I was doing all along, but when I started kickboxing with Joe, my eating habits became even better and I really felt a difference.
